Anyone can join! It's automatic. Just click "Join Our Group" to be accepted! Or you can simply watch us for updates.

Roles

There are only two high-ranking admins. The founder and the co-founder. The most active is the founder, so you'll be talking with me the most, in case of any confusion.

The second highest admin. position is Contributors, I say this because it is the only position to which Members can be promoted to by a higher ranking admin. Contributors can submit art that is automatically approved. They can post blogs and vote on faves/submissions by Members. These are the advantages given to Contributors for now, they are subject to change in the future, but not a guarantee.

How do I become a Contributor?

If you would like to be promoted, simply ask. BUT, it must be approved by the Founder. Being an admin. is a high honor in this group, and we take it very seriously. If you do request a promotion, I expect active admins. This means you're willing to submit your artwork related to this site, help me moderate a little, and be expected to step-up when needed.

How to?

Simply leave me a comment or a note asking if you would like to affiliate. It doesn't matter if your group is in ANY way similar to ours, it doesn't have to be a FanClub, it can be be any club really.

Golden Rule!

Affiliation means: If you choose to affiliate with us, whether by accepting my request to affiliate, or asking to be affiliated with us, I do expect to see our club icon somewhere on your group pages. I WILL be keeping track of who I have affiliated with, and if I see no icon, you will be removed from this list.

_{So I have recently commissioned to do some chibi's of our favorite characters from A Broken Winter . So far everyone seems to have enjoyed Chibi Reisen. He even made it on the second page of the most popular in 8 hours . I know this isn't as big of a deal as if he were on the first page. But it does mean that our efforts are paying off!

I have 2 more of Kuroda and Kokkan in the works now, so you can expect to see them SOON! I will also be requesting that Kai color each of these chibis as time goes by.

Contest!

First of all, I want to make clear that this is only a Fan Club contest. Nothing offical, just something to get everyone more envolved in this Club. The prizes will not be as good as you might find on any contest being held on the Offical DA.
I am stressing this because I do not wan't to take anyone's attention from the Offical DA itself. So it's important that I make this clear.

Anyone can submit! ANYONE! .

Rules

This contest will begin once I have uploaded all three commissioned Chibi's, Kuroda, Kokkan, and Reisen. You can choose your favorite, or color all three as a set. If you choose to color all three and submit them as a set, then they will be viewed as individual submissions. You can submit as many times as you'd like, but only ONE submission will win from each applicant. If you submit all three and all three win, the prizes stand as is.

This contest will be based on

Accuracy : How well you've done your homework in regards to how each character is supposed to look. There are certain key elements that will grant you a winning spot. You can find reference images on the offical DA. If you are unsure of something, please feel free to ask. I don't want to leave anyone in the dark! D:

Creativity: Pretty much anything goes. You can use whatever means you wish to color these with.

Effort: How much time and attention to detail you have put into your work. It should show in your final product. Regardless if it took you three hours or three days. Put your best effort forward!

What you MUST do.

All applicants must do the fallowing, or you will automatically be disqualified.

Post a link to the fan club. As I stated before this is a Fan Club contest, not an offical one. People have to know that the work you are coloring, is not offical works, but fan based.

Give Illustration credit to . And I ask that all applicants inform Kai of your submission, she'd love to know that you colored her work.

Duration?

I'm thinking about two months. Since these are not as detailed as the offical colouring contest being held.

If you think I should hold it for longer, then let me know XD.

As stated before, this contest will offically begin once I have submitted the other two chibi's, Kokkan and Kuroda. I will post another blog letting everyone know exactly when it starts.

You are welcome to color the first Chibi, Reisen, to get a head start ^~^.

Where to submit.

Since this is a Group, all members can submitt their work to this gallery. But they must be submitted to the Chibi Contest folder. This will allow me to keep a better collection of all the entries and judge them accordingly.

All winning and even none-winning submissions will remain on this gallery once submitted. So if you win or loose, your work will be featured here ^~^.

Also anyone is more then welcome to color these of your own free time! Even if it is not a contest submmission. If it is not a contest submission, then please submit it to the Featured folder.

All prizes are funded by myself. I am sorry if these prizes are not as great. But as I stated before, I do not want any contest that I am holding to distract our viewers from the Offical Site. So I'm keeping the prizes simple. And since this is our first contest, I'm also not sure what I can offer as suitable prizes. In the future I hope to be able to offer more as more contests come.

It means that me, as the Founder, is currently accepting requests to be commissioned for this Group.

No you are not paying me to so a commission for you, but I am hiring you to do commissions for this project.

So that means your looking for anyone to commission?

I'm afraid not. I am not made of money, so I can't hire everyone. With this being said, if you come to me and would like a slot, I will be taking into consideration the prices of your work versus the quality shown in your gallery. If I feel it is reasonable, then I will commission you. If not, then I'm afraid I cannot accept you.

My commission rates are pretty cheap, does this mean you'll hire me?

Again, no. It does not matter how low you offer your commissions for, if I feel your work is not worth it, then I will not waste my time.

But I want to do art for free!

By all means! It's encouraged for fans of this project to do their own works. But you must be a Member to submit your work. If you wish to do fanworks, but are looking for some great ideas to work with, then note me an we can brainstorm some Ideas.
